Welcome to Farham Aesthetic Clinic. By booking a treatment, attending a consultation, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. We’ve written everything in a straightforward way so you know exactly what to expect when working with us.
1. Our Commitment to You
At Farham Aesthetic Clinic, we aim to deliver the highest quality aesthetic care in a safe, welcoming, and professional environment. Led by Dr. Farham Dehghan, who brings over 15 years of experience, our team is here to help you feel confident and comfortable at every step.
We promise to:
- Provide honest advice and personalised care
- Use safe, clinically approved products and techniques
- Respect your privacy and dignity at all times
- Offer aftercare support for every treatment
2. Booking and Consultations
- Most treatments require a consultation before we proceed, to make sure they’re suitable for you and aligned with your goals.
- We may decline treatment if it’s not in your best interest or if it poses any risk to your health.
- Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person. Please let us know of any changes as early as possible.
3. Cancellations and Late Arrivals
- Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge or require a deposit for future bookings.
- If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session, depending on the schedule.
4. Medical Information and Consent
- Before any treatment, you’ll be asked to fill out a medical history form and provide your informed consent.
- It’s important to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or medications you’re taking.
- You must be 18 or older to receive aesthetic treatments.
- We do not treat anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding without prior medical clearance.
5. Results and Expectations
- While we aim for excellent outcomes, results vary from person to person.
- We’ll always explain what’s realistic based on your skin type, age, and lifestyle.
- Some treatments may require follow-up sessions for best results.
- We do not guarantee results, but we will always work with you to meet your expectations safely.
6. Payment and Pricing
- All treatments must be paid for in full at the time of service.
- We accept major debit/credit cards.
- Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
7. Refund Policy
- Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on treatments once they have been performed.
- If you’re unhappy with your results, we encourage you to return for a follow-up consultation.
- Products may be returned for exchange or credit only if unopened and within 14 days of purchase.
8. Client Conduct
We treat everyone with kindness and respect—and we ask the same in return. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is:
- Abusive or threatening to staff
- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Falsifying medical information
9. Liability
Farham Aesthetic Clinic is not liable for:
- Personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises
- Adverse reactions if medical information has been withheld
- Treatment outcomes that are within normal limits but not to personal satisfaction
10. Changes to Our Terms
We may occasionally update these Terms of Service to reflect changes in the law, our treatments, or our policies. The most current version will always be available on our website.
