1. What treatments do you offer?
We offer a wide range of aesthetic services including Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP hair loss therapy, Profhilo, polynucleotide treatments, thread lifts, fat dissolving injections, and HydraFacials. All treatments are led by Dr. Farham Dehghan, who has over 15 years of experience in aesthetics.
2. Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Yes, we recommend starting with a consultation. This allows us to understand your goals, check your medical history, and recommend the safest and most effective treatment for you.
3. How long do treatments take?
Most treatments take between 20 to 60 minutes, depending on the area being treated. We’ll give you a more specific timeframe during your consultation.
4. Are your treatments safe?
Absolutely. We use only FDA-approved and CE-marked products. All treatments are performed by trained professionals under the direction of Dr. Dehghan. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
5. Is there any downtime after treatments?
Most of our treatments are non-surgical and require little to no downtime. You may experience minor redness or swelling, but you can usually return to your regular activities the same day.
6. How long do Botox and filler results last?
Botox typically lasts 3–4 months, while fillers can last from 6–18 months depending on the area treated and the product used. We’ll discuss expected results with you in detail during your consultation.
7. Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
We recommend coming alone for your treatment to maintain a calm, professional environment. For safety and hygiene reasons, we ask that children and pets not be brought into the clinic.
8. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
No problem—just give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a fee or require prepayment for future bookings.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is due at the time of treatment.
